Ingredients 

  • 1 medium carrot

Method

  1. Scrape or peel the carrot, then slice.  Put the carrot into a saucepan with 2 tablespoons water.  Bring to a boil and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Puree the carrot in a blender until smooth, adding a little of the cooking liquid if necessary.
  3. Feed the baby at room temperature.
