Heat butter in a pan on high heat. Add guavas and sauté. Drain and remove into a bowl. Add brown sugar to the same pan and cook till it caramalises. Add honey, orange juice and orange rind. Add the sautéed guavas and cook on high heat till the sauce thickens. Serve hot or cold.
