Ingredients list for Canapes Chaat
- 16 Canape Cups
- to deep fry Cottage Cheese
- 2 cups White Sauce
- 1/2 cup Corn chips shelled and boiled
- 1/2 cup Mushroom boiled and chopped
- 1/2 cup Mixed vegetables boiled
- to taste Salt
- 1 cup Paneer (cottage cheese) grated
Method
- Heat sufficient oil in a wok and deep fry the canapés until light brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and set aside.
- Mix together the white sauce, corn, mushrooms and mixed vegetables in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Put this mixture into individual canapés, garnish with grated paneer and serve immediately.
