Ingredients for Blue Curacao Lemonade Recipe

  • Curacao syrup 6 tablespoons

  • Drinking soda 4 cups

  • Fresh mint leaves 20-24

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Lemons 2


Step 1

Cut lemons into roundels and place in a jug.

Step 2

Add mint leaves, curacao syrup, black salt and lots of ice cubes and mix well.

Step 3

Add the soda and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into tall glasses and serve chilled.
