Ingredients list for Black Garden Cake

  • 8 inch Chocolate Sponge Cake
  • 3/4 cup Whipped Cream
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 100 grams Canned cherries stoned
  • 1/2 cup Dark chocolate grated
  • 1 cup Chocolate shavings

Method

  1. Slice the cake horizontally in three pieces.
  2. Sprinkle one third part of the orange juice on one of the cake layer top it with half cup of whipped cream and around one third part of canned cherries.
  3. Put a layer of cake on top of it sprinkle one third part of the orange juice on one of the cake layer top it with half cup of whipped cream and around one third part of canned cherries.
  4. Top it with another layer.
  5. Pour half cup cream whipped cream on top of it and spread it on all sides and smoothen the sides.
  6. Pour the remaining whipped cream in a piping bag. Pipe out on all the sides of the cream.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top as well on the sides.
  8. Place the reamining cherries on all the sides of the cake. Keep the cake in the refrigerator for an hour.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve chilled.
