  • 1 1/2 cups Blueberries
  • 2 Ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup Skimmed milk yogurt
  • 6-8 Sugar Free Natura
  • 3 cups Skimmed milk chilled

Method

  1. Peel, dice bananas and put them in a blender jar.Add blueberries, ½ cup yogurt and blend. Add sugar free naturadrops, a few ice cubes and blend till smooth.
  2. Add skimmed milk and blend once more. Pour into stemmed glasses and serve chilled.
