Ingredients list for Bar-Be-Cued Corn
- 4 medium Corn Corb
- to taste Butter
- 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
- 40 grams Butter
- 1 tablespoon Black peppercorns crushed
Method
- Boil the corn in salty water for fifteen to twenty minutes. Drain and keep aside. Put the cobs directly on bar-be-cue. Add finely chopped garlic to the butter and mix well.
- Add crushed pepper and mix. Apply this mixture liberally on the cob. Let it cook on the fire till a little brown.
- Serve hot.
