Ingredients for Banana Delight Recipe

  • Small Banana 5

  • Vanilla Sponge Cake 2 tablespoons

  • Vanilla sponge cake 1 round

  • mixed nut chikki 2-3 pieces

  • Raisins 1 tablespoon

  • Tutti frutti 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 3 tablespoons

  • Icing sugar 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Peel bananas and slice them thinly. Heat butter in a non stick kadai and when the butter melts add banana slices and cook.

Step 2

Slice sponge cake horizontally. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly toast one slice of the vanilla cake.

Step 3

Crush together chikki and raisins, add to the banana mixture and mix lightly.

Step 4

Add tutti frutti, turn off heat and add honey and mix.

Step 5

Place the toasted sponge cake on a plate, spread the banana mixture over it.

Step 6

Sprinkle icing sugar and cocoa powder through a sieve, one after the other, over the banana mixture. Serve.
