Ingredients for Banana And Black Currant Iced Yogurt Recipe

  • Ripe Elaichi banans 6

  • Black currant syrup 1/2 cup

  • Ice cubes a few

  • Thick yogurt 1 cup

Method

Step 1

Peel 2 bananas, chop them roughly and put them into a hand blender jar. Add yogurt and blend. Add a few ice cubes and blend some more.

Step 2

Add black currant syrup and blend again. You can pour this mixture into glasses and serve as a drink. To serve as a dessert, peel and slice 1 banana per glass and put them into each glass. Pour the mixture over the banana slices and serve immediately.
