Ingredients list for Banana And Black Currant Iced Yogurt

  • 6 Ripe Elaichi banans
  • 1/2 cup Black currant syrup
  • a few Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Thick yogurt

Method

  1. Peel 2 bananas, chop them roughly and put them into a hand blender jar. Add yogurt and blend. Add a few ice cubes and blend some more.
  2. Add black currant syrup and blend again. You can pour this mixture into glasses and serve as a drink. To serve as a dessert, peel and slice 1 banana per glass and put them into each glass. Pour the mixture over the banana slices and serve immediately.
