Ingredients list for Atta Cheela
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 Green Chilli chopped
- to taste Salt
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
Method
- In a bowl combine together whole wheat flour, green chillies, salt, onions, chopped coriander leaves and sufficient water to make a thick but pouring consistancy batter.
- Heat oil in a non stick tawa and pour a laddleful of batter on a tawa drizzle some oil and fry till golden brown on both the sides.
- Serve hot with green chutney.
