Ingredients list for Anti Flu Drink
- 1 cup Pomegranate (anar) juice
- 1 small Pomegranate (anar)
- 2-3 Kale
- 1 teaspoon Flax seeds
- to taste Black salt (kala namak)
- as required Castor sugar (caster sugar)
- as required Lemon juice
- for garnishing Lemon slices
Method
- Blend together the pomegranate juice, torn kale, flax seeds and black salt into a smooth mixture.
- Apply some lemon juice on the rims of individual Margarita glasses.
- Spread some castor sugar on a plate. Dip the rims in the castor sugar.
- Remove kernels from the pomegranate and place them equally into the glasses.
- Strain the prepared juice in the glasses, garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
