By Sanjeev Kapoor 25 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Green Chillies Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Aloo Ki Tikki - Grill Pan 4 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed 2 Green Chillies 2 Green chillies chopped 2 inch piece Ginger finely chopped to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tablespoon Oil as required Coriander and mint chutney Method Place the mashed potatoes in a bowl, add the bread slices and knead together. Add green chillies, ginger and salt and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix. Heat oil in the Grill Pan. Divide the potato mixture into equal portions and shape them into round balls. Press them lightly. Place the tikkis in the pan and cook for two to three minutes. Turn them and cook for a further two to three minutes or till both the sides are equally golden.
