Ingredients list for Aloo Basar
- 3 medium potatoes thickly sliced
- 4 medium Onions thin slices
- 5 tablespoons Oil
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick kadai. Add the onions and sauté for three to four minutes. Add the green chillies and sauté for another minute.
- Add tomatoes and cook for five to seven minutes. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt and cook for another two minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook covered for eight to ten minutes or until the potatoes are completely cooked. Remove from fire.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
