Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, peeled
- 4 tablespoons roasted flaxseeds
- 1 cup yogurt, whisked
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
- Grate cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Add yogurt, roasted cumin powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and coriander leaves in a bowl.
- Transfer into individual serving bowls and sprinkle with the flaxseeds.
- Serve chilled.
