Ingredients
- 20 grams baheda
- 10 grams haritaki
- 30 grams dried Indian gooseberries
Method
- Put the baheda in a mortar and coarsely crush with the help of a pestle. Discard the seeds.
- Similarly, coarsely crush the haritaki in a mortar and discard their seeds as well.
- Dry roast the dried Indian gooseberries, baheda and haritaki in a non-stick pan for 2-3 minutes.
- Take the pan off the heat and allow to cool. Put the roasted mixture in a grinder jar and grind to a fine powder. Strain through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- Store in an air tight container.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of the prepared churan in 1 glass of warm water and serve in the night after food.
