Ingredients

  • 160 grams Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 brown bread slices
  • 2 digestive biscuits
  • 12 measures Sugar Free Green
  • 1¼ cups unsweetened whipped cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

Method

  1. Transfer the bread slices and biscuits to a grinder jar and grind to a coarse powder.
  2. Transfer to a bowl. Add 4 measures Sugar Free green, ¼ cup whipped cream and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased loose bottom cake tin and press well.
  4. Heat sufficient water in a deep nonstick pan and place a glass bowl over. Add Sugarfree Dark Chocolate and allow to melt. Take the bowl off the heat, add peanut butter and mix well. Add cream cheese, vanilla extract and mix well.
  5. Add Sugar Free Green, and remaining whipped cream and mix with light hands. 
  6. Transfer the chocolate mixture over the bread base and spread evenly. 
  7. Refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve.
