- 2 ripe Alphonso mangoes
Method
- To extract the mango pulp, gently tap all the sides of the mango on a worktop. Press it on all sides and remove the eye of the mango. Squeeze out the pulp of the mango into a bowl and discard the seed.
- For a smooth pulp, blend the pulp finely with an electric hand blender or put it in a mixer jar and grind finely.
- Use as required.
