Ingredients for Yogurt and Prune Bruschetta Recipe

  • Baguette 1

  • Hung Yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Prunes 16

  • Olive oil 3 tablespoons

  • Red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon

  • Processed cheese grated 4 tablespoons


Step 1

Cut the baguette diagonally into thick slices and place them in a bowl. Drizzle olive oil and rub well over the slices.

Step 2

Place the prepared slices in an air fryer and toast at 200º C for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Put hung yogurt in a bowl and whisk well. Add red chilli sauce and mix well.

Step 4

Spread yogurt mixture on the toasted slices, place 2 prunes over each slice, top with ½ tbsp grated cheese and place them again in the air fryer and cook at 200º C for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5

Arrange the yogurt and prune bruschettas on a serving plate and serve immediately.
