Ingredients list for Yogurt Smoothie

  • ½ cup Thick yogurt
  • 2-3 Canned peach slices
  • ½ cup Orange juice
  • 20-22 Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Fresh pomegranate kernels (taaze anardane)
  • ¼ cup Dried blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon Blueberry compote


  1. Put yogurt in a blender, add peaches, orange juice and half the ice cubes and blend till smooth.
  2. Put pomegranate kernels, dried blueberries, blueberry compote and remaining ice cubes in another blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Pour the yogurt and blueberries mixture together into 4 glasses and serve chilled.
