Ingredients list for Walnut Oatmeal Laddoos - SK Khazana
- 20-25 California walnuts
- 3/4 cup Oats roasted
- 15-18 Seedless dates
- 3 tablespoons Flax seed powder
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut
Method
- Blend together walnuts, seedless dates, oats and flax seeds powder in a food processor.
- Add maple syrup, honey and desiccated coconut. Blend again till it gets a lump like texture.
- Transfer the prepared mixture into a bowl. Divide into equal portions, shape into laddoos.
- Arrange the laddoos on a serving platter and serve.
