Ingredients list for Walnut Oatmeal Laddoos - SK Khazana

  • 20-25 California walnuts
  • 3/4 cup Oats roasted
  • 15-18 Seedless dates
  • 3 tablespoons Flax seed powder
  • 1 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated coconut


  1. Blend together walnuts, seedless dates, oats and flax seeds powder in a food processor.
  2. Add maple syrup, honey and desiccated coconut. Blend again till it gets a lump like texture.
  3. Transfer the prepared mixture into a bowl. Divide into equal portions, shape into laddoos.
  4. Arrange the laddoos on a serving platter and serve.
