Ingredients list for Walnut Brownies
- 250 grams Dark Chocolates
- 1 cup Egg
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 1 1/2 cups Walnuts
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.Melt chocolate and butter in a microwave.
- Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl.
- In another bowl combine together refined flour, walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Add chocolate to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the refined flour such that no lumps are formed.
- Pour the mixture in the greased cake cake tin and bake for twenty-fiveto thirty minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream
