Ingredients list for Vegetable and Fruit Juice

  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 4 medium Carrots halved
  • 25-30 Spinach leaves
  • 1 medium Beetroot peeled and boiled
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 1/2 medium Pineapple peeled and cut into strips
  • 10-12 + for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
  • 2 inch Ginger peeled and sliced


  1. Halve tomatoes and cut apples into wedges.
  2. Pass tomato, carrot, pineapple, spinach leaves, mint sprigs, ginger and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar and mix well.
  3. Pour the juice into 4 individual glasses, garnish with mint sprigs and serve immediately.
