By Sanjeev Kapoor 29 Mar 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Semolina, Green Peas Cuisine Andhra Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Vegetable Rava Uppuma 1 1/2 cups Semolina 1 medium Green Peas 1/4 inch cubes 6-8 French beans, 1/4 inch pieces 1 medium Cauliflower , small flotets 1/4 cup Green peas 1 medium Green capsicum, 1/4 inch pieces , seeded to taste Salt 5 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds 2 Whole dry red chillies, broken 2 teaspoons Split black gram skinless (dhuli urad dal) 10-12 Curry leaves 4 Green chillies, finely chopped 1 medium Onion , finely chopped 1 inch pieces Ginger, finely chopped a pinch Asafoetida 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Method Roast semolina in a dry kadai without browning. Set aside to cool. Boil four cups of water in a deep pan, add little salt and boil carrot, beans, cauliflower and green peas for six to eight minutes or till the vegetables are almost done.
