Ingredients list for Upvaas Chutney
- 100 grams Raw Peanuts
- 1 tablespoon Rock Salt
- 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds roasted and powdered
- 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
- to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add peanuts and roast them for four to five minutes.
- Remove the skin and coarsely crush them. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and rock salt and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
