Ingredients for Upvaas Chutney Recipe

  • Raw Peanuts 100 grams

  • Rock Salt 1 tablespoon

  • Cumin seeds roasted and powdered 2 tablespoons

  • Red chilli powder 2 tablespoons

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

Method

Step 1

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add peanuts and roast them for four to five minutes.

Step 2

Remove the skin and coarsely crush them. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and rock salt and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
