Ingredients list for Umali
- 5 Croissants
- 2 litres Milk , reduced to half
- 200 grams Sweet condensed milk
- 1/2 cup Mixed nuts (almonds and pistachios) , chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 180° C.
- Thickly slice the croissants and put them into a baking dish.
- Add sweet condensed milk to reduced milk and mix well. Pour this over the croissants and sprinkle the mixed nuts on top.
- Keep the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 30-40 minutes.
- Bring the dish out of the oven and serve hot in individual bowls.
