Ingredients list for Tortilla Mango Cups-SK Khazana
- 4 Tortillas roasted slightly
- 1 Large ripe mango peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
- for brushi Butter
- to sprinkle Cinnamon-castor mixture
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- for garnish Dark chocolate chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 180º C.
- Brush both sides of the tortillas with some butter and sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar mixture on them.
- Cut each into 4 triangles. Line each dent of a cupcake mould tray with them. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the crust turns golden brown. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
- Mix together whipped cream and mangoes in a bowl. Spoon this mixture into the baked tortillas cups.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and serve immediately.
