Ingredients list for Tortilla Mango Cups-SK Khazana

  • 4 Tortillas roasted slightly
  • 1 Large ripe mango peeled, seeded and cut into cubes
  • for brushi Butter
  • to sprinkle Cinnamon-castor mixture
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnish Dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180º C.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with some butter and sprinkle some cinnamon-sugar mixture on them.
  3. Cut each into 4 triangles. Line each dent of a cupcake mould tray with them. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake till the crust turns golden brown. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
  4. Mix together whipped cream and mangoes in a bowl. Spoon this mixture into the baked tortillas cups.
  5. Garnish with chocolate chips and serve immediately.
