By Sanjeev Kapoor 05 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Butter, refined flour Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Tiny Rainbow Cookies - SK Khazana 2 cups Butter 3 cups refined flour 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 3 cups + 1 + for dusting refined flour 1 ? cups rice flour 1½ teaspoons red food colour 1½ teaspoons yellow food colour 1½ teaspoons green food colour 1½ teaspoons orange food colour Method Take butter in a large bowl, add sugar and mix well. Beat the mixture using an electric beater till the mixture turns light and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and beat the mixture again for a few seconds. Sift the refined flour and rice flour. Fold till a dough is formed. Divide the dough into 5 equal portions. Keep one dough portion aside and knead other dough portions with individual food colours respectively. Place each coloured dough between two parchment sheets and roll into semi-thick sheets and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Dust tiny cookie cutters with refined flour, cut out small cookies from each dough sheet and place them on a baking tray. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes.
