Ingredients list for Tilache Laddoo

  • 250 grams Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Jaggery grated
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1/4 cup Dry coconut (khopra) grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pure ghee

Method

  1. Roast white sesame seeds on hot tawa till crisp taking care that they do not change colour.
  2. Roast peanuts, remove skin and then make a coarse powder. Lightly roast grated dry coconut.
  3. Mix sesame seeds, peanut powder, grated dry coconut and green cardamom powder.
  4. Melt the jaggery and cook till soft ball consistency is formed. Mix all dry ingredients in it and roll into laddoos. Allow to cool and serve.
