By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients White Sesame Seeds, Paneer Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Til Mil Paneer 4 tablespoons White Sesame Seeds 200 grams Paneer (cottage cheese) 1 inch cubes to taste Salt 1/3 cup Bread crumbs to deep fry Oil 1/2 cup Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1 tablespoon Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/2 teaspoon Chaat masala Method Sprinkle salt and chaat masala on both the sides of the paneer cubes and set aside. Heat oil in a kadai. In a bowl mix refined flour, garlic, red chilli powder and sufficient water to make thick batter. In a plate mix bread crumbs with semolina, sesame seeds and salt. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and roll in the bread crumb mixture and gently slide into the hot oil. Deep fry on medium heat for five to seven minutes or until golden brown.
