By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Bread Slices, Cheese Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Til Ke Cheese Toasts 2 tablespoons Bread Slices Cheese 3 tablespoons Cheese grated 3 Bread slices 3/4 cup Milk 1 1/2 tablespoons Refined flour (maida) 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon Mustard powder to taste Salt to shallow fry Oil Method Heat the milk in a pan till hot. Lower the heat and stir in the flour. Add cheese, red chilli powder, mustard powder, salt and one teaspoon sesame seeds and stir till the cheese melts. Trim the edges of the bread slices and then cut them into four triangles. Heat sufficient oil in a deep pan. Dip the bread pieces into the sauce and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and shallow-fry till golden in colour. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
