Ingredients for The Classic Combo - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Cinnamon liqueur 120 millilitres

  • Gold rum 240 millilitres

  • Lemons 2

  • Cinnamon powder teaspoon

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Apple soda to top up

  • Apple fans for garnish


Step 1

For each portion pour 30 ml cinnamon liqueur in a Boston shaker, add 30 ml gold rum and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon. Add ¼ tsp cinnamon powder and a few ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake it.

Step 2

Put a few ice cubes in a serving glass, strain the mixture into it till ½ filled. Pour apple soda till ¾ filled.

Step 3

Pour 30 ml rum into a ladle and carefully set fire on it with a blow torch. Once it has caught fire, immediately pour over the drink. Stir well with a cinnamon stick and garnish with an apple fan. Serve immediately.
