By Sanjeev Kapoor 14 Aug 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Cinnamon liqueur, Gold rum Cuisine Fusion Course Beverages Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 0-5 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for The Classic Combo - SK Khazana 120 millilitres Cinnamon liqueur 240 millilitres Gold rum 2 Lemons teaspoon Cinnamon powder as required Ice cubes Apple soda to top up for garnish Apple fans Method For each portion pour 30 ml cinnamon liqueur in a Boston shaker, add 30 ml gold rum and squeeze the juice of ½ lemon. Add ¼ tsp cinnamon powder and a few ice cubes. Place the lid on and shake it. Put a few ice cubes in a serving glass, strain the mixture into it till ½ filled. Pour apple soda till ¾ filled. Pour 30 ml rum into a ladle and carefully set fire on it with a blow torch. Once it has caught fire, immediately pour over the drink. Stir well with a cinnamon stick and garnish with an apple fan.
