Ingredients list for Tender Coconut Shikanji
- 1 Tender Coconut Water
- 2 cup Lemon
- 1/2 teaspoons Shikanji masala
Method
- Pour tender coconut water into a large bowl. Squeeze the juice of ½ lemon, honey, salt, black pepper powder, shikanji masala and mix well.
- Scoop out the malai from the tender coconut and add.
Put a few ice cubes into the tender coconut shell, pour the shikanji into it and serve chilled.
