Ingredients list for Sweetcorn Cakes

  • 2 cups Sweet Corn Kernels boiled
  • 1/2 cup Refined Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Milk


  1. Grind half the corn kernels coarsely. Mix together ground corn kernels, remaining corn kernels, refined flour, milk, egg, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions. Apply little oil on your palms and roll mixture into small balls and flatten them slightly.
  3. Heat sufficient oil in a non stick frying pan, place the corn cakes on it and shallow fry on medium heat, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides.
    Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot.
