Thinly slice sweet potatoes on a slicer and soak them in the slated water . Drain and place sweet potato slices on a muslin cloth and pat them dry. Set aside for 15-20 minutes. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai, deep fry the slices till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
