Ingredients list for Sukhdi

  • 250 grams Whole wheat flour
  • Ghee 250 grams + to grease
  • 200 grams Jaggery grated

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add whole wheat flour and sauté on a medium heat till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Switch of the heat and add jaggery, mix well.
  3. Grease a mithai tray with ghee. Pour the prepared mixture in the tray and allow to cool down.
  4. Once set cut into squares and serve.
