Ingredients
- 10-12 Fresh strawberries , hulled and quatered
- 2 tablespoons Matcha powder
- 4 tablespoons Flax seeds
- 10-12 Seedless dates , chopped
- 2 Avocados
- 2 cups Milk
- a few Ice cubes
- 6 Elaichi bananas
- to garnish Strawberry fans
Method
- Put flax seeds, strawberries and dates in a blender jar. Halve the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh into the blender jar.
- Add matcha powder, milk, a few ice cubes and ¼ cup chilled water and blend into a smooth mixture.
- For serving, slice banana and place them in a bowl. Pour the smoothie over them. Garnish with strawberry fan and serve chilled.
