Ingredients list for Strawberry Baked Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Strawberry crush
- 5 tablespoons Fresh cream
- 5 tablespoons Condensed milk
- a few sprigs Mint for garnish
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk together yogurt, cream, condensed milk and strawberry crush in a bowl till well blended.
- Pour some water on a baking tray. Pour the prepared mixture into individual ramekin moulds and place the moulds on the baking tray.
- Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight minutes. Remove from oven and set aside to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for an hour.
- Serve chilled garnished with mint sprigs.
