Ingredients list for Strawberry And Cream

  • 24 large size Fresh Strawberries hulled & sliced
  • 1 cup Doubble Cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 4 teaspoons Strawberry crush

Method

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries keeping four aside for garnish. For the remaining four strawberries, holding the hull with the left hand, make four to five lengthwise slashes through the flesh taking care that it is not cut through and through. Press gently to fan out the slices.
  2. Use these fans for garnish. Mix double cream and powdered sugar in a large bowl and whisk till it forms soft peaks. Keep in the refrigerator for ten to fifteen minutes to chill. Layer sliced strawberries into four individual dessert bowls, top it up with whipped cream, drizzle a teaspoon of strawberry crush over and serve garnished with a strawberry fan.
