Ingredients
- 4 large squids, cleaned and cut into rings
- 1½ tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- ½ teaspoon chopped ginger
- 1 small onion, cut into dice
- 2-3 green chillies, slit
- ¼ cup mixed coloured capsicum dice
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon butter
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick wok, meanwhile, take squid rings in a bowl.
- Sprinkle salt, turmeric powder and mix well. Set aside.
- Add garlic, ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
- Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums. Toss on high heat.
- Add salt, lemon juice and toss again. Add butter and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes and take it off heat.
- Serve hot.
