  • 4 Squids large, cleaned and cut into rings


  1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Take squid rings in a bowl, sprinkle salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  2. Add garlic and ginger and sauté for a few seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent.
  3. Add the squid rings, green chillies and mixed capsicums and toss on high heat.
  4. Add a little salt and lemon juice and toss again. Add butter and toss till the butter melts. Cook for 1-2 minutes and take it off heat.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
