Chop onion, add and sauté. Shred spinach and add and continue to sauté. Add green peas, salt, white pepper powder and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Transfer into a mixer jar, cool slightly, add vegetable stock and puree. Transfer the puree back into the pan, add milk and bring to a boil. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.
