By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Sep 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Milk, Rose Syrup Cuisine Hyderabadi Course Beverages Prep Time 31-40 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Sherbet-E-Mohabbat 5 cup Milk 4 tablespoons Rose Syrup 6-8 Almonds blanched and slivered 8-10 Pistachios blanched and slivered 1 cup Falooda 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream for garnish Rose petals Method Heat milk in a thick-bottomed vessel and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for fifteen to twenty minutes till thick and creamy. Remove from heat. When cooled, stir in the rose syrup, almonds, pistachios and falooda and chill in the refrigerator.
