Ingredients list for Seviyan ki Burfi
- 250 grams Roasted Vermicelli roasted
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 cups Milk
- 3/4 cup Condensed milk
- Sliced almonds for sprinkling
- Sliced pistachios for sprinkling
Method
- Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, roughly break vermicelli and add and mix well.
- Add milk and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add condensed milk and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
- Grease an aluminum tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it. Level the surface and sprinkle almonds and pistachios and keep it in the refrigerator till set.
- Cut into squares, remove from tray, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
