Method
- Break eggs onto a deep non-stick pan. Add butter and place on heat and stir lightly. Cook, removing the pan from heat once in a while.
- Cut French bread into slices and toast on a hot tawa till well browned on both sides.Add salt and black pepper powder to the eggs and mix well.
- Add cream and stir to mix. Cook till eggs are done, ensuring that the eggs do not get overcooked. Serve hot on toasted slices garnished with spring onion greens.
