Ingredients list for Savoury Pancake Surprise
- 1 medium Broccoli cut into small florets
- 4 tablespoons Hung Yogurt
- to taste Black pepper powder
Method
- Boil three cups water with salt in a deep non-stick pan. Add broccoli and boil for five minutes. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, beat yogurt and black pepper powder. Add the florets and mix well.
- In another bowl, sift flour and add milk. Mix well. In a third bowl, break eggs and add soy sauce. Whisk well. Add the eggs to the flour batter and whisk again.
- Heat a little butter on a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it out into a small pancake. Remove pancake carefully and spread a tablespoon of broccoli mixture in the centre of the pancake.
- Fold over the sides to overlap and tuck in the two ends. Fold again to form a triangular parcel. Heat the Grill Pan.
- Brush the pancakes with a little butter and cook in the pan for three minutes or till golden. Serve hot.
