Ingredients list for Salad Wrap
- 4 Whole Whheat tortillas
- Cucumber
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper powder
- 1 cup Lollorosso lettuce torn
- 1/2 cup Romaine lettuce torn
- 1/2 cup Iceberg lettuce torn
- 1/2 cup Sweet corn niblets boiled
- 2 medium Cucumbers cubed
- 4 tablespoons Sour cream
Method
- Combine olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder to make the vinaigrette.
- Combine the lettuce, sweetcorn niblets and cucumber with the vinaigrette. Heat the tortillas on a tawa for about twenty seconds.
- You can also heat them in a microwave oven. Evenly spread the saladon each warm tortillas, dribble sour cream and roll them up.
- Serve immediately.
