Ingredients list for Red Wine Syllabub
- 8-10 tablespoons Red wine
- 1 cup Liquid sweetened whipping cream
- 1 Lemon
- 16 Fresh strawberries hulled
- 4 Readymade brownie pieces
- a few for garnish Orange segments
- for dusting Cocoa powder
Method
- Take whipping cream in a mixing bowl and beat for 4-5 minutes. Grate the zest of the lemon into it and continue to beat.
- Squeeze the juice of the lemon into the bowl. Add red wine and whisk till soft peaks are formed.
- Roughly chop strawberries.
- Place 1 brownie piece on each serving plate and top it with cream mixture. Garnish with strawberries, orange segments and dust some cocoa powder on top and serve immediately.
