Ingredients list for Rasmalai Mousse in Orange Cups
- 6 + to garnish Rasmalai syrup squeezed out and finely chopped
- 3-4 tables for drizzling Flavoured milk (left over rasmalai milk)
- 1/2 cup White chocolate ganache
- 1 cup Whipped cream
- 1 tablespo to garnish Almond slivers
- 1 tablespo to garnish Pistachio slivers
- 4 Orange peel cups
Method
- Take white chocolate ganache in a bowl, add whipped cream and mix well.
- Add chopped rasmalai and flavored milk and mix well. Add almonds and pistachios and mix well.
- Fill this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe it into each orange cup.
- Quarter a rasmalai and place a slice over each cup. Drizzle some flavoured milk on each, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve chilled.
