Ingredients list for Rasmalai Mousse in Orange Cups

  • 6 + to garnish Rasmalai syrup squeezed out and finely chopped
  • 3-4 tables for drizzling Flavoured milk (left over rasmalai milk)
  • 1/2 cup White chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Almond slivers
  • 1 tablespo to garnish Pistachio slivers
  • 4 Orange peel cups

Method

  1. Take white chocolate ganache in a bowl, add whipped cream and mix well.
  2. Add chopped rasmalai and flavored milk and mix well. Add almonds and pistachios and mix well.
  3. Fill this mixture into a piping bag fitted with a nozzle and pipe it into each orange cup.
  4. Quarter a rasmalai and place a slice over each cup. Drizzle some flavoured milk on each, garnish with pistachios and almonds and serve chilled.
