Ingredients for Rasgulla Delight Recipe

  • Rosogullas 6

  • Digestive Biscuits crushed 12

  • Butter melted 1/4 cup

  • Mixed fruits 1 tin

  • Vanilla ice cream 6 scoops

  • Chocolate sauce for garnish

  • Strawberries for garnish 4-5

Method

Step 1

Crush digestive biscuits and mix with butter.

Step 2

Press the biscuits into the base of a serving dish.

Step 3

Cut rasgullas in halves and arrange a layer of rasgullas on the biscuit layer.

Step 4

Put the mixed fruits on rasgullas then pour chocolate sauce on it.

Step 5

Put scoops of vanilla icecream on top and decorate with chopped strawberries and chocolate sauce.
