Ingredients list for Quick Coffee Mousse
- 2 tablespoons Coffee powder
- 1/2 cup Fresh cream
- 3/4 cup White chocolate chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Whipped cream
- for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs
Method
- Heat cream in a non-stick pan till just warm.
- Add warm cream to the chocolate and mix well till chocolate melts.
- Take coffee powder in a bowl. Add little water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. This is the decoction.
- Add coffee decoction to chocolate mixture and mix well till smooth.
- Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in a bowl and fold the mixture well. Pour this mixture into a piping bag, seal and cut the en tip with a knife.
- Pipe the mixture into individual shot glasses and refrigerate till set.
- Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
