Ingredients list for Quick Coffee Mousse

  • 2 tablespoons Coffee powder
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cream
  • 3/4 cup White chocolate chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Whipped cream
  • for garnishing Fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. Heat cream in a non-stick pan till just warm.
  2. Add warm cream to the chocolate and mix well till chocolate melts.
  3. Take coffee powder in a bowl. Add little water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and set aside to cool. This is the decoction.
  4. Add coffee decoction to chocolate mixture and mix well till smooth.
  5. Combine chocolate mixture and whipped cream in a bowl and fold the mixture well. Pour this mixture into a piping bag, seal and cut the en tip with a knife.
  6. Pipe the mixture into individual shot glasses and refrigerate till set.
  7. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
