Ingredients list for Prunes and Walnut Lollypops
- 1 cup Prunes finely chopped
- 1 cup Walnuts
- a pinch Green cardamom powder
- Lollypop sticks
Method
- Dry roast walnuts in a non-stick wok for 4-5 minutes. Cool and grind them into a coarse powder and transfer it into a bowl.
- Cook prunes in the same wok, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes or till pulpy.
- Add walnut powder and green cardamom powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into balls.
- Pierce one end of the lollipop stick into each ball.
- Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
