Ingredients for Prunes and Walnut Lollypops Recipe

  • Prunes finely chopped 1 cup

  • Walnuts 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder a pinch

  • Lollypop sticks


Step 1

Dry roast walnuts in a non-stick wok for 4-5 minutes. Cool and grind them into a coarse powder and transfer it into a bowl.

Step 2

Cook prunes in the same wok, stirring continuously, for 4-5 minutes or till pulpy.

Step 3

Add walnut powder and green cardamom powder and mix well. Divide the mixture into small equal portions and shape them into balls.

Step 4

Pierce one end of the lollipop stick into each ball.

Step 5

Arrange on a serving plate and serve.
